#asktheexpert hello doctor as my daughter vihanshi is nt falling asleep at day time more than 1hr and ar nyt also she is sleeping as normal tym like ours .please suggest how can she will sleep for longer hours with out disturbance

Usually kids sleep for 4 to 5 hours at a stretch during the night time in this age but they can wake up twice or thrice to take a feed also which is normal and this is they do not have a proper schedule for you so you’ll have to adjust as per the child is working upon it
