#AskTheExpert hello Doctor, am 33 years old and its been 19 months since I delivered my baby vaginally with episiotomy. Since then severe internal piles or anal fissure in which passage of my anal became so thin and daily am using lot of medicines and laxatives continously since 19months every day. But daily my anus is rupturing and making me feel horrible. Anything to do?

A. hi please do the following things: keep your body well hydrated. take fiber rich food like green leafy vegetables, tomatoes soup, prune juice, soaked Black raisins, fruits like pear , papaya plum banana etc. avoid taking processed oily spicy food. you can drink warm milk with one or two tbsp of ghee in it. don't sit or stand for long period. take support while sitting. maintain good hygiene. visit your gynecologist for once.
