#asktheexpert hello doctor 5month baby ko fever hai or usse medicine b diya hai but kam nhi ho rha hai. Or heartbeat fast hai uski kya ye normal hai fever k waqt.

Viral fever can take around 3-5 days to subside.
Repeat the dose after six hours if fever comes again. so no need to worry.
Secondly
yes heartbeat can be faster during fever..
If u find anything unusual then consult your doctor for the same immediately.
