#asktheexpert Hello Docter my boy is 1 month old but his mother is not able to give sufficient milk. Because it is take time for to regenerate milk because it is her first delivery so docter suggested to give powder milk (SIMLAC) after that he is facing gas problem. Can suggest any better way for mother and son to get rid gas problem.

A. hi. . motger can take shatavari glanules to increase milk secretion. burp wellur child after feeding properly n keeo her in upright podition fir 20 min after feeding. ok
