#AskTheExpert hello doc.... my twin babies are 16 months they are under weight and at night they woke up frequently they are not having proper sleep at night time can u suggest me how to maintain good sleep for them and some food ideas for weight gain.... Thank you

A. Hello mom Now, firstly, you have to avoid giving midnight. Feeding baby should take heavy meals before baby. Go to sleep and next meal should be given only in the morning. If you will continue doing that then it will help and make you baby sleep for long hours and better.

A. Hello mom Yes, that is totally normal. Baby is a spit some amount of milk and that is quite normal. You always have to keep your baby on your shoulder for sometime after every feed. It will help baby to digest milk easily. Baby should be totally on mother’s milk, and there is no need to give anything else till six months.
