#asktheexpert Hello doc, my son is very choosie when it comes to food. Except milk somedays he don't eat anything else. I know I should minimise his milk intake now as he is almost 2 years but he cries and asks for it. How should I reduce his milk intake?

A. Hai good evening !! Yes after one year give solids along with milk 1-2 twice a day ,night in between sleep. Day time give breakfast,lunch,dinner and 2 snacks. Avoid milk as due to milk they dont get hunger. Engage in play,out door play,activities ,include fibre,protein rich foods for good metabolism.
