#AskTheExpert Hello Doc, my son is 4.5 years old and is constipated. He freshens up every alternate day but still when I wash him, I can see that he s constipated. Also, his stools r hard n coz of that he doesn't eat much I guess. wt do I do??

Is more or less because of the hydration in the body so you should try to maintain proper water and Phiber level into the body of the child so that the motion is smooth and easy for a child for constipation issue I would say start giving prune juice to the child or night before the child goes to sleep otherwise you can start giving over night soaked prune to the child in the morning about 3 to 4 in the morningWrite Your Answer Here
