#AskTheExpert Hello Doc, My son is 3.5 months old now and now a days he is not doing potty for about 7 to 8 days. Earlier it was regular or once in 2 days. Please suggest.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. It is very normal that infants and newborns may not pass stool for more than 10 days also and sometimes the frequency can be around 6 to 7 times per day also.

Both the above frequency of stool passage is normal if the consistency of the stool is semi solid to solid.

please give plenty of breast feeding to your child when you're child is demanding
please give daily massage with Babyhug massage oil on stomach area
