#asktheexpert hello doc..my kid is 1 month old. he has gastric problem.. he farts a lot and due to gas he used to stretch and arch his body. after passing gas he gets lil bit relaxed. and today he vomitted 2-3 times. once in evening he vomitted in large quantity. kindly suggest what should I do.?

Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello dear parent you. Must feed your baby every 2 hours and must burp your baby after every feed by holding him in upright position and massage his back for 20 mins and 4 burps are necessary. This helps in releasing gas and prevents colic pain. Also vomiting is common among babies. Do not worry much. Consult your doctor if necessary.
