#AskTheExpert hello doc my baby she is 2 years 6 months old she is suffering constipation she is doing very tight potty and during loosing stool she have some blooding inside kindly give some advise what will we doing and what medicines will give her . thanks a lot payal

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. it is fine. Hard stool is very common specially in toddler age as kids don't drink much water . Just increase of fibers and fruits in diet along with plenty of water will help in constipation . Other wise lactulose can be used if kid age is more than 2 yr .
