#asktheexpert Hello doc my baby is 6 months plus. I am giving her feronia XT as per paediatrician advice but it makes the lips n mouth black how can I prevent the darkening? worried bcz when my doc gave me iron supplement ,she asked me to take with straw so teeth won't become black.but what can I do for my baby?

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. You can clean the mouth with clean wet soft muslin cloth after giving the drops and give a sip of warm water to the baby so it will not lead to darkening of lips take care and stay safe
