#AskTheExpert Hello All, Can I take a skin treatment for myself while i am breastfeeding my 6months old baby. Pimples acne dark spots and blackheads have started developing on my face. Have tried all homemade remedies for them and still trying but if no use. Can I go to the dermatologist pls suggest.

Maintain hydration
Burp well after every feeding
Take more water fruits vegetables protein rich nutritious food
Maintain hydration
Maintain hygiene
Wash your hands often
Stay hydrated
Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and follow his advice
