A. ir is flu .Fever is when the temperature is more then 99 degree . Paracetamol can be given for the fever every 6 hourly of fever is reoccurring frequently. Fever may be due to any viral infection so mostly will subside in 3 days other wise consult a doctor near by.

A. after vomiting wait for one hour then give vomiting medicine (syp ondem/emeset) and then again wait for one hour and then give only easily digestible food. do not give acnything to eat in this 2hr waiting period. if vomiting occurs again then meet your doctor. avoid giving milk and heavy diet. vomit usually occurs due to gastritis
