#asktheexpert he not sitting and standing one place with stabaility .....he not understanding what i am saying sometimes.....what can i do for him??

Your child is hyper active which is why your child may not be sitting or standing at a particular place for a longer duration which is very common and normal for them but if your child is also not understanding or not following what you are saying then in that case it is a problem in that case you have to visit your doctor
