#AskTheExpert heĺlo madam my daughter is not at all drinking milk and eating curd she had a habit of drinking milk at night Because of the she is becoming very lean what kind of food should I give instead of milk

A. try to give other dairy foods like cheese, paneer, ghee, butter, curd, buttermilk. give all family food.. Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.

A. You Increase the amount of cottage cheese into your child’s daily diet try to give about 50 to 70 g of cottage cheese some way or the other on an everyday basis if your child is not having milk and see kids know that the milk is coming just by looking at the colour add some fruits to eat make a fruit milkshake try to make different varieties out of it so that your child will have it without even knowing the child is having bill because when you add a supplement like food or something it overpower the taste of milk
