Hello dear, for under weight kids, one shouod give full cream milk or buffalo milk either plain or in the form of banana shake or mango shake etc. As they are healthy and helps in weight gain too. Also give rich diet like ghee butter cheese etc but in limit. But must balance her diet with green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits. Good luck and take care
