#AskTheExpert he is having high urea in urine. what kind of food should be give? Dr. said nuts, spinach, nonveg should be avoid. can i give pulses and rice

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Heavy to digest foods and protein rich foods should be avoided but rice can be given and pulses in small amounts can be given and give plenty of liquids to wash the toxins away
