Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. For FEVER as well as PAIN kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature. Also when u take temperature in tdhe armpit of the child and it is 100 or more then only consider it as fever and give Paracetamol. higher medicines for fever like ibugesic and mefenamic has to be gdiven only after medical consultation. After giving fever medicines you can wait for maximum 3 days and then meet your doctor if it is not improving. keep the child in cool atmosphere

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Give paracetamol to ur child for fever. Repeat the dose after six hours if fever comes again. Give easily digestible food like khichdi, rice curd, banana, apple, sooji, coconut water,daal rice etc
