ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. apply coconut oil or olive oil on tummy.. Cold compression-Wrap some ice cubes in a cloth and place it over the affected skin for 10 minutes at a time. Use this simple remedy 3 or 4 times a day.
