#AskTheExpert Hair is falling out four months after delivery. At first it was small but now it is getting bald. I can't control anything. Is it okay to take medicine?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. hair fall is very common after pregnancy. it might be due to hormonal changes which occur in the body post pregnancy. very important to take all the supplements like iron folic acid vitamin b12 calcium vitamin d and other supplements. drink plenty ofd water and take seasonal fruits vegetables along with only homemade dietd. go for regular scalp massage and if it is still not improving the condition take help of skin specialist or trichologist
