Surbhi MalhotraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Yes it's normal many babies head remains hot compared to other body as thier brain are in working in progress.For rashes avoid to much of clothes wrapping that can be also the reason for baby heat. do coconut oil massage to relax the body
