#AskTheExpert government has given bala amurtham powder for 7months old baby , it has wheat ,gram flour and sugar . can we give that to baby

At the same time would suggest you to give your child homemade cerelac, mashed bananas, apple purée, daal or chaaval paani, khichadi and curd rice. Give sips of water in between meals. Continue breastfeeding your baby till one year completion.
