Q.

#asktheexpert Goodmorning maam My son is 6 months 19 days old. He has been formula feed since his birth he took very little amount of breastmilk.. What should we give him now as we give him cow milk once in a day and rest of the day formula milk what else shall we give him ? He still has not started rolling is it okey? kindly guide us as we are really concerned about his diet as he is already over 6months

A. But why do you have to give animal milk to the child one time in the day also when it is not advisable before the age of 12 months I would suggest you to stop giving it and roll over can happen till the age of nine months or need not worry about it give more of Tamil time to the child and if your child is six months complete go for Dal rice water porridge khichadi mash banana mashed potatoes Suji Upma Halwa ragi and oats and all kind of dairy products along with start with 60 to 90 ML of water per day
