Start by giving semisolid to soft food, it can be the regular food cooked in your kithen for the rest of the family, just the consistency should be adjusted according to baby's comfort. Food like Daal rice, dalia khichdi, vegetable soups, rava/ sevai kheer, Idli, appam, ladoos can be given. Try to incorporate all food groups to provide all round nourishment.
