#AskTheExpert Good Morning Sir There is an issue with baby. Since yesterday morning baby has passed loose stool 15-16 times and generally passes it immediately after feeding mother's milk. Need your advise, please. Thanks

A. Loose motion most of the time is because of some infection which could be viral or bacterial and in such case it is associated with symptoms like fever along with vomiting and loss of appetite . supportive treatment is very necessary where proper hydration should be maintained by giving ORS along so with that probiotic can be given like enterogermina or econorm in a proper dose . Antibiotics has their role only if it is bacterial infection . for this doctor guidance is necessary .
