#AskTheExpert Good morning sir, my daughter will turn 1yr this month.when can i start buffalo milk or formula milk to her,i want to introduce other milk than mothermilk so that it will be easy for me to stop breastfeeding by her 1yr . i wanted to ask Whether formula milk is better or buffalo milk other than mothermilk after 1yr

A. hi dear It's best to wait until your baby is a year old before introducing buffalo milk in her diet. Buffalo milk is rich in vitamin A, has a higher protein value and contains more iron, calcium and phosphorus than the cow's milk.
