A. regular cough and cold in children are most commonly associated with allergy which might be due to weather changes on temperature variations. many times simple cough and cold is followed by secondary infections. it is very common that children will have a recurrent cough and cold as well as fever before 7 years of age and after that a proper immsunity is developed and then this problem will go away. get the child vaccinated for flu vaccine which will again help in decreadsing this problem

A. Turmeric boosts immunity levels. Its anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-fungal properties protect us from a variety of infections. Many doctors highly recommend taking a teaspoon full of turmeric in a glass of warm milk every day to keep the common cold and flu at bay
