#AskTheExpert Good Morning Sir. My boy 3Y2M has a body weight of just 14kgs. Please suggest for weight gain.

A. Hai good morning !!! If baby is active and achieving milestones then don't worry about weight. Include high protein, calcium, fibre foods,fat foods in regular diet. Banana, mango, potato, beans, peas, cerelac with pulses, grains, dry fruits and nuts,dal(moongdal, chana dal, arhar dal, urad dal, rajma, idly), Soya, ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer,egg,meat, poultry helps in increasing weight.
