#asktheexpert Good morning sir my 2.5 month baby's nose is block and having cough and is unable to sleep what to do plz suggest some solution.

Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is ggyuiven. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve thfe symptoms.

You can put saline drops into the nose of your child and also you can give indirect team to the child when you’re putting your child to sleep also you can put a mustard pillow under the head of the child for elevated position and better breathing for the child
