#asktheexpert Good Morning Sir l, My baby girl is 18 months and her weight is around 9.5 kg. Last two days her stomach is upset for this she have loose stool 5 times. I gave her "biogermina " but no improvement. kindly advise sir

give curd and buttermilk curd with soft cooked rice, mashed banana are good for stomach
give frequent soft semi liquid foods ones which are preferred by the child like light khichadi, thick soup.
for hydration keep feeding ors after every stool and can give coconut water , lemon ginger water
