ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. yes, after 1 year it's best.. A one year old baby needs 3 main meals + 2 snacks a day. Give breast milk, top milk in between and on demand. With milk intake limited up to 450 ml per day only, Keep atleast 3 hour gap between two solid feed. No food restrictions, can give everything. Don't cook separate for ur baby, give him or her same food what your eat .
