Q.

#asktheexpert good morning my daughter is 2 months old n she is refusing feeder.. I give her breastmilk bt it is insufficient.. she cries vigorously most of the times.. pls suggest wt should I take to increase breastmilk..any supplement

A. You can increase the breast milk supply by taking Shatavari kalp two tablespoon with milk or else you can take tablet lactare three times in a day for 15 to 20 days. And as you feed your baby more frequently the breast milk supply increases itself Also, mother should have proper nutritious diet.

A. hi please continue with breastfeeding give direct breastfeeding, maintain skin to skin Contact while feeding your child which Naturally increase your breastmilk supply you may take supplements like leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk twice in a day
