#asktheexpert Good Morning Mam, My son is 03.5 years old and suffering from ASD and ADHD. His theropies is goingon. I just want ask you one thing that what kind of food we should avoid to feed them.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Hello mom at times their are certain foods that tend to trigger them those you need to identify and avoid .
apart from that high sugary foods, especially refiend white sugar, avoid packaged , and refined foods and foods containing preservatives and artifical flavours,
also in certain cases it is observed that casein and gluten free diet helps, so milk or say dairy products and wheat and realted products need to be avoided,
