#AskTheExpert Good morning Dr, my son is 2.5 years old and from Thursday he is suffering from loose motions and fever. I gave him paracetamol so his fever is normal now but still he is having loose motions after whatever he eats. Also i have observed that his stool has minor greenish colour mucus in it. please suggest what should I do?
