It Could be a possibility that the breastfeeding that you are giving to the child is not sufficient in terms of health and weight gain which is why your child is not having appropriate weight so in this case you can start giving formula feeding alongside to the child because that’s what is going to help and no medicines are recommended to be given because that nothing is going to increase the weight or appetite
