A. A 21 months old baby should ideally drink approximately 550 to 650 ml of milk daily. It can also include foods made from milk like curd, oats, Dalia, porridge, custard, buttermilk, milkshakes with dry fruits, etc. Required intake of milk is essential for the development of healthy bones and teeth.
