Breakfast idli, steamed dosa, soaked poha n milk, dalia, kichidi, oats porridge
Lunch mashed blended rice with dal rasam curd let sambar be watery, include veggies to rice.. Dinner blended rice with milk, blended chapati with milk, cerlac, idli steamed dosa with milk,During mid day or evening you can give soups easy Chewing veggies fruits. Still milk is the highly nutrients food. Try to feed 3-4 times during the day. And night feeds on demand. Try to give yolk first for few weeks. You can even use little water or milk to mash the yolk and feed baby. Later after few weeks you can give white or one whole egg.
