POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. In 7 months, most of the foods will remain same for the baby. Now you should feed 3 main meals alongwith 4-6 times formula or breastmilk. You can feed foods like lentil puree, mashed banana or boiled potato, apple, pear and carrot puree, ragi and sooji porridge, home made cerelac, etc.
