#asktheexpert Good morning doctor... Kindly advice me about vitamin c supplement to my 7 year daughter and iron , but D supplement for my 11 Mont old son... Presently M not giving anything..

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. to your elder daughter you can give Vitamin C supplement like limcee which is a chewable tablet and also keep giving Vitamin C rich fruits and to your 11 month old baby definitely you should be giving Vitamin D3 like Wal D3 plus two drops daily
