#asktheexpert good morning doctor... I want to give curd to my 1 years baby that of which brand of packet milk can I use? can I give makhana? thank you ππ

yescan give curd, cow milk n makahana to ur baby.
prefer home made curd.
no any food ristriction after 1 year of age.

I personally feel Amul is the best so you can go for that otherwise regular cows or buffaloes milk you can give you can give regular curd to the child which you prepared at home and nuts are very healthy can be given to the child from the age of seven months itself so you can give it to the child
