#asktheexpert Good morning Doctor. I am suffering from gestational diabetes. FBS is 96 and PPBS is 142 before taking medicine. Now I am taking Tab.Metformin morning only. After two weeks of intake PPBS is 121. Can you please suggest how to control it without medicine??

See there are a lot of home remedies available that you can follow but should you be going ahead with them or not because they could be quite tricky so it is good that you connect with your gynaecologist once regarding the situation they tell you should be trying those home remedies or not because they’re actually going to be beneficial for naturally controlling them and reducing them down
