#asktheexpert good morning doc, my baby is 5 weeks old. He sleeps as soon as he latches, my concern is if he is not getting enough milk. Often it feels, milk stucks in his throat he starts crying hungry and refuse to feed. Plz help me

A. Hello mom Babies fall in sleep while taking feed and this is very common. But you have to wake you baby of again and again in between feeding timing. And if your baby is not taking sufficient milk in one take then you have to feed your baby again in less time gap. And you can start giving solids and water once you baby turned six months old.
