#AskTheExpert Good day! My baby boy is 9m old now.. he isnot having deep sleep during nights he wakes up every one hour.. morning n afternoon each he sleeps one hour only.... from eve till night he plays for 4 to 5 hours.. still he doesn't have good sleep.. what to feed for dinner? or any other probs

Give Khichadi to your child because that’s a little heavy so after 2 to 2 1/2 hours of dinner give milk to the child and then you put your child to sleep hopefully that with a tummy is going to be full for a longer duration so child is going to sleep properly after that
