#AskTheExpert Gm sir My baby is 16 months old.....can i start almonds now.... If yes....then how much? And sir one more problem my babies hb is only 10.5....what should i include in his daily diet

Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi .yes u can give almonds to ur baby.. soak 2 almond overnight and next day peel the skin, grind the almond and give it to ur baby . u may add this almond paste in ur baby food too.
