#asktheexpert gm Mam I am giving formula feed to my baby since birth ,now he is 4months 7days old..Doctor when I can start weaning to my baby i.e. from which month?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl6 months agoA. hi ideally weaning can be started after age of 12 months but if you notice that your baby is more interested in taking solid food items , if he or she weighs above 4kg ,then you can start giving liquid food items like dal ka pani ,rice water at age of 5 months too
