#asktheexpert Gm Dr My daughter is 11months old, her weight is 11kg plus What should be the dose of vitamin D for her? Is it 0.5mL or 1mL ( 400IU) I am giving her 0.5mL regularly but my sis in law also a doctor, she told me to give her 1mL Thank you

I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about it and follow their instructions
please include natural probiotics and dairy products in your child daily diet
please give daily sun light exposure
