#AskTheExpert GM doctor, my son is 11month old...during night he had a bloating he will cry for passing gas....we are feeding him vegetables rice n all...and also drinks water....but what to do

as it happens because of gas
I would suggest to avoid giving gas generating food items like cabbage, green peas, Gram flour etc at night time meal
please don't force feed or overfeed your child
encourage your child to do more physical activities
give soothing massage before sleep time
use Babyhug tummy roll on around navel of your child which gives instant relief in this
