NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the baby is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child HEALTHY AND NUTRITIOUS food in the diet and also include dry fruits and vegetables and fruits and also dairy products well in the diet
