usually the skin of the child is mainly dry and sensitive then in these areas you have to apply cgoconut oil or moisturizing lotion
in the areas where sweating is present and skin folds there is nfo need to apply oil or lotion but you have to regularly clean it with soap and you can apply baby powder if needed.
take care of the skin child in this manner on the whole body.

you can try cool pack on it
or prepare smoothe paste of cucumber and apply it on heat Rashes ,after 10 minutes of it ,rinse it with Luke warm water ,it will definitely help.
