A. after 6 months of age
you have to give only breastfeeding /milk to the child till completion of 6 months of age and before 6 months of age if you are giving any type of outside food or complementary feeding it can ccause digestion problem in the child.
no need to give water also because breast milk contains 80% of water and water also is given after six months of age only.
it is advisable to continue the the multi vitamin and supplement medicines given by your doctor

A. In The beginning of the seventh month you can start giving semisolid food to the child and liquids to the child before that you just have to stick to mothers feeding only for the child and after that once your child enters the age of seventh month that would be the correct time for you to go ahead with complementary feeding
